My office is located South of Olympic and West of Sawtelle in the Oakwood Commerce Plaza building. The suite is located on the third floor in North side of the building, facing Olympic. Take the elevator up to the third floor. The office is in the Northwest corner of the buidling. Please turn on the call light next to my name when you arrive.
There are 2 hour parking meters on Corinth and Sawtelle. It is $.25 cents for an hour. Please be sure and read the posted signs for any restrictions.
There is also free parking across the street in the Marshall's/Starbucks lot. There is guest parking in the Oakwood parking garage, however you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
Please print out the necessary paperwork from the "FORMS" page and fill them out prior to your first appointment. This will eliminate taking time out of your first session to do so. |
